Brazilian iron ore exports of 4.9 million tons to the EU and the increase is 52%, exports of 1.17 million tons to the Middle East, exports of 515,000 tons to South American. In October, the Brazilian pellets iron ore exports 1,310,000 tons to the EU, exports of 1,020,000 tons to Asia and Africa 581 000 t, South America 365 000 t, the Middle East 341 000 t, the Caribbean, 207,000 t. From January to October this year, total exports of Brazilian iron ore is 2.2891 million tons. With an increase of 4%, the average price is $ 92 per ton and adding 4%. The total exports of pellets iron ore is 38.2 million tons.

In Brazil, quarries, iron ore processing flow can be roughly divided into: coarse crushing, secondary crushing, sand making and sand washing.
Coarse crushing: the raw iron ore material in the silo is feeding evenly to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the iron ore get together to transit stockpile by a small conveyor belt.
Secondary crushing: the iron ore in transit stockpile transfer to the impact crusher for intermediate crushing. Then, the iron ore will be screening by circular vibrating screen. Larger particles of iron ore returned to the impact crusher again for re-crushing and medium-grained material into the sand making crusher for crushing, shaping.
Sand making: After the medium-grained iron ore materials into the iron sand crusher, they will be screening by a circular vibrating screen. The larger grain size materials returned to the crusher to be broken again and the qualified products will be sent to the sand washing machine by the belt conveyor.
Sand washing: the iron ore materials can be part of the final product after cleaned by the iron washing machine and then sent to the stockpile as the final product by belt conveyor.
