1. Main application
HGM series of three-ring medium speed micro-grinding is a fine powder and superfine powder processing equipment, it mainly applies to middle and low hardness, Mohs hardness of ≤6 grade non-explosive brittle material, such as calcite, chalk , limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectories, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore pumice, etc, 100 kinds of materials.
2. Features
1) High-efficiency: its production more than twice as high than the jet mill, mixing mill, ball mill under same final product fineness and motor power;
2) Long life wearing parts: roller, grinding ring forging made of special material, thus greatly improve the utilization. When materials and fineness of finished products in the same circumstances, its wear parts service life are 2-3 times longer than impact crusher and turbine crusher, usually up to more than one year, the service life of may up to 2-5 years when used to process calcium carbonate and calcite;
3) Safe and reliable: due to grinding cavity have no rolling bearing and screws, so there is no wearing of the bearing and seals vulnerable problems, there is also no destruction of machine problems caused by screw loosening;
4) Higher product fineness: one-time product fineness can be achieved d97 ≤5μm;
5) Environmental protection: pulse filter and muffler are used to reduce pollution and noise, it can achieve national environmental standards and not cause pollution to the surrounding environment.
3. Work principle
HGM series of micro-grinding mainly consists of grinding machine, classifier, powder collector, dust collector, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, elevator, hopper, feeder and others.
After block materials are crushed into small particles by the crusher, they will be sent into the hopper by the elevator, through the feeder and tilted guide feed tube, the materials will be evenly sent to dividing plate upper of turnplate.
When grinding machine work, there are dozens of rollers rotation and rolling in the inner ring road. Material will spread to periphery and fall into the grinding chamber under centrifugal effect, then stamping, rolling, grinding by grinding roller in the inner ring road.
With high pressure device's constant suction the air inside grinding chamber, materials crushed by multi-layer grinder roll will be taken to separator and separated by high-speed rotating filter wheel. Materials which can not meet customers' needs will fall down to grind chamber for regrind, the materials which is qualified will be taken into the cyclone powder collector, density particles fall down to the bottom and discharged from discharge valve, final products can get. The less dense powder dust will into the air filter and adhere to the bag surface. High-pressure air controlled by pulse valve will instantaneous injection from internal of bag, the adhesion of dust will drop due to a sudden shaking. The bottom conveyor will send those two materials to conduct product packaging. The small trace of dust may through the bag and will be discharged at the outlet of muffler.
