Production Process:
After the explosion, customer use the rock driller to make the big stone to smaller, so as to feed them into the primary Jaw Crusher, so, the feed size is around 400mm; so, they use the trucks with the capacity of 15 M3 for one car to transport the stone to the hopper over the Vibrating Feeder, after the Primary Jaw Crusher, they use the PYB900 as secondary crusher, after this, almost 75% of the stone will be under 30mm, so, the over size will transport to the Cone Crusher again.Customer have used the machines for one and a half year, the machines running very well, and they only changed the wearing parts for once.
Feedback from customer:
Due to the capacity limitation, they plan to buy a mobile crushing plant, with the capacity of 100TPH. The crushers have good quality, and the wearing parts can last longer time compared with other brand.
