On December 6th,2011, SBM's customer experience committee went to industrial park again. The committee included represents of each system such as operation department, R&D department, sales department, and customer services department. They simulated customers, examined production environment and objects decoration, and aimed to give improving suggestions.

Compared to last visit, the park environment got further change. Storage area became larger, safety coefficient increased, the quantity and speed of delivery got ensured.

The approaching new year and increasing sales volume gave burden to delivery. When it discussed to how to balance environment improvement and production, represent of production system said:"The pressure is unavoidable. However, it is obviously that environment improvement can increase safety coefficient and promote efficiency. Nowadays, production and delivery are both acting orderly. Customers' objective evaluation is what we really need. Customer simulation can help us find questions. No matter administration or production, we all have strengthened. We believe concentration and persistent can let us provide better services to our customers."

It was reported that, SBM was planned to invite customers to corporation. Only by conversion, can we understand customers' needs more clearly.
