On March 10, 2013, Ding Dawei, provincial party committee of Jiangsu Province and municipal party secretary of Nantong City, Xufeng, Mayor of Qidong City, and Jiangping, Municipal Standing Committee of Qidong City and secretary of Qidong Industrial park and their company paid a special visit to SBM’s production base in Qidong, Binhai. Accompanied by Manager Li Xiangtao, Secretary Ding and his company visited Qidong production base, focusing on the “Lightning Mode” and mobile crushing plant project that was independent researched by SBM.

During the inspection, Secretary Ding, majored in mechanical manufacture, expressed his strong interest in SBM’s “Lightning Mode”, which was independently researched and developed by SBM. After further grasp of its concept and design, Secretary Ding said, “’Lightning Mode’ is very advanced, for it breaks the traditional mode of production on the one hand , and on the other hand, it increases the technological content of equipment, as well as provides customized service to customers.”

Secretary Ding and his company then inspected mobile crushing plant and VU system. When the trip is coming to an end, Secretary Ding delivered his affirmation regarding SBM’s innovation spirit on independent research and development. From his expression, one fully can feel his confirmation that SBM, as a key enterprise in the industrial park, did improve the overall strength of equipment manufacturing industry in Binhai, Qidong industrial park.

In May 2010, SBM lunched its construction in Binhai Industrial park, and the production base has more than 206 acres. In September 2012, it was an anniversary for the first phrase project in Qidong production base, which has been put into production. In November 2012, depending on production distribution, SBM made its regulation and adjustment. According to the adjustment, only the leading hi-tech equipments could be produced in Qidong production base, such as mobile engineering vehicles, large crushing equipments, precision micro-powder equipments. Currently, later phase project is under construction, orderly according to the plan. It is expected to be a modernized production base combined of R&D, production, logistics and service. Together with qidong, Jiangsu, SBM will work on promoting optimization and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.
