In February 16th, 2013, which is the 7th day of the first lunar month, our life and work will go back to normal.

In February 19th, 2013, the 10th day of the first lunar month, the annual symposium with a theme of “ Gloden snakes bring the auspicious year· Boom in 2013” will be ceremoniously hold. Currently, all work is under the intense preparation, and the final rehearsal will be conducted in February 18th.

The Saturday of the 7th week in 2013 is a new beginning. Although things do not change at some particular time in history, we are used to find a start, for it means hope.

In the past 2012, SBM change, grow and accumulate. The powerful and effective “Top-down” management and decision model, the newly lightning mode and VU system, the brand-new headquarter and the transformation of the Electrical business center, 416 culture festival, bauma China 2012, all providing a platform to mutually win-win for both employees and customers.

When stepping into 2013, one thing SBM need to consider is “how to keep the growth of 2012”. The chairman of SBM said, “To shoulder the responsibility of leading the development of the industry, we must persist on the innovation of the products, technology, business and management model, insist on talent development strategy, and we also need keep working on the hardware construction of the modernized production base and line, producing high-end products and meeting the market requirement. Our future depends on the rational allocation of all the resources above.

In 2013, SBM will adhere to learning, innovation and hard work, and what progress that will be achieved by SBM? It is only a start, but what do we have? We have such a beginning of the New Year, a start as well as a threshold.
