SBM Annual Symposium 2012 – Full of Value Full of Vigor

On February 2, 2013, SBM’s Annual Symposium 2012 was held in the No.1 multifunction hall of headquarter. The members of the board of supervisors, board of directors and management committee, directors from each center, and employee representatives participated into the conference, reviewing the achievement in 2012 and discussing the way to break through in 2013.

In the meeting, each director from each center made his or her summary report 2012, after which a theme video of SBM in 2012 was watched by all the participants. Through each great event, each picture and even each word, SBM 2012 could be lined up.

To SBM, the year of 2012 is full of strategic significance. From the Lightning model with a theme of “Making your Profit-return fast” at beginning of the year to “VU system”, all shows that by professional solution and supreme service, SBM is working on providing a wonderful service for customers.

From the affirmation of the land for the new headquarters to the first anniversary of the Qidong industrial park, SBM, with its construction on hardware, shows its power as an international company.

Such an accumulation could be seen in bauma China 2012, a great industrial symposium which being closed in November, 2012. In the four day’s exposition, SBM has successfully attracted lots of attention from both international and domestic media, meanwhile, SBM’s brand recognition has also been highly enhanced.

Award ceremony of 23th enterprise culture prize was also held in the meeting, there are 17 prizewinner receiving relevant certificate and bonus.

In order to become a hundred-year old company, SBM always pay attention to the construction of cooperate culture, and one of the major measurement is to establish enterprise culture prize. Since April 2010 when it was established, three reforms are being carried out. From the nomination mechanism to voting method, from prize number to recognition form, SBM always adjust its way on culture. Culture construction will still one of favorite themes for SBM in 2013, and SBM will devote herself on the way to building a open, democratic, vigorous team.

2013,Adhering to SBM’s new concept of learning, innovation and hard work, continue to insist innovation on products, technology, business mode and management mode, sticking to the talent introduction strategy, persisting in the hardware construction of modern production base and production line, SBM will surely undertake its responsibility of leading the mining construction industry.
