Early Nov. 2013, the management team of SBM went to Shenyang(in Liaoning province) and visited Northern Heavy Industries Group Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as NHI Group) and Shenyang Blower Works Group Corporation, which is famous in Site Management. And the two companies and SBM conducted in-depth exchanges in the field of production management and 6S management system.

During this visitation, SBM successively visited NHI subsidiaries and Shenyang Blower Works Group Corporation, emphasizing on visiting the welding shop, the installation and overhaul workshop and the designing institute.

Also the management team of NHI &Shenyang Blower Works Group Corporation and SBM discussed how to improve the production management and make full use of the information management. When it was talking about SBM ERP system &the actual execution of production plan, NHI fully agreed with SBM style.

Now SBM have 300000 square meter production base. Each base is built according to the advanced international standard. With the application of 6S management system, ERP system and barcode management system, SBM production management level will be greatly raised.
