The launch event and award ceremony of the 7th top 10 Economic Classic Samples in Pudong Headquarter, organized by Commerce Commission of Pudong New District in Shanghai, was held at Shanghai International Convention Center on December 8th, 2021. With its strong technical strength of mineral machinery and outstanding contribution in international development, SBM won the “Technology Innovation Award of Top 10 Economic Classic Samples in Pudong Headquarter"

Yang Chao, medlem af stående udvalg for Pudong Ny Distriktsudvalg og stedfortrædende distriktsguvernør, deltog i arrangementet. Han sagde i sin tale, at Pudong Ny Distrikt altid har lagt vægt på udviklingen af hovedkontøkonomi, hvilket gør det til den strategiske foranstaltning at opbygge kerneområdet for de fem centre og drivkraften til at øge byens konkurrenceevne.

Fang Libo, the executive vice president of SBM, said at the meeting: “We particularly want to seize the opportunities brought by development of Pudong and make breakthroughs in construction of green mine and smart mine as well as the exploitation of urban mineral."
