On April 14 when the blue cloud community of Shanghai Jinqiao area started its 8 km running race, SBM officially opened its second 416 cultural festival. SBM’s headquarters is located in the road 416, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, as a result, SBM adopts the road number as its theme of various activities. That is the reason why the date of April 16 become the festival for SBM-ers. With the expansion of SBM activities, 416 cultural festival has became the cultural festival for the whole mining, crushing and grinding machinery industry of PRC.

With the theme of “meticulous construction contributing to civilization, 1 + 5 + 1″ , the 2nd SBM 416 culture festival is composed of seven stations. According to the staff of SBM Communication Department, “the core of the relevant industry has a lot to do with the architecture civilization, and we, namely SBM-ers do have our own belief, that is to achieve the modern civilization by meticulous construction.”

In the culture festival opening ceremony, the host also interpreted the meaning of “1 + 5 + 1″, “the combination of numbers suggest that the core code of SBM’s development. “1 + 5” refers to the core of SBM’s product strategy, namely “All in One, Five Tops” , while the last “1” means the core value of SBM to achieve a long-lasting business. The aim of the project of 1+5+1 is to construct a legend of this industry.

At the opening ceremony, seven activities of 416 culture festival have uncovered its mysterious veil. Seven construction wonders of the world have been chosen to be the name of all the seven activities, such as Giza Pyramid, the Hanging Garden of Babylon, the Rhode Island, etc. “The number of wonders in the world just equals to 1+5+1. We will make a architecture exhibition to show these wonders, and at the same time one can feel the exploration on human architecture civilization.”

on April 14, 416 festival launched its first station, namely “Giza Pyramid” – Jinqiao 8 Km running race with the slogan of “we run for a dynamic future”. Then the next station, namely “The Statue of Zeus” – “Earth Hour, Earth Day, Green Week” will be started immediately. This activity calls on everybody to protect our earth, our climate, and our environment by various means, such as light out for one hour, no driving, no smoking and so on. The third station is “The Hanging Garden of Babylon” – 416 impression, which is to express one’s impression on SBM through pictures. The fourth station is about Dragon Boat Festival, which will focus on the generation of post-80s in SBM, and their association activities, such as competition of football association or basketball or badminton or swimming.

“Blue cloud 8Km running race is a well-known international community activities, and SBM has participated for several times. The concept and the international style of this activity has deeply attracted SBM, and we set this activity as the opening ceremony of our 416 festival”, the planning group explained, “The sixth station of 416 festival will be held overseas, for bauma 2013 is that focus. The new product release meeting also will be held in that activity.”
