The launch event and award ceremony of the 7th top 10 Economic Classic Samples in Pudong Headquarter, organized by Commerce Commission of Pudong New District in Shanghai, was held at Shanghai International Convention Center on December 8th, 2021. With its strong technical strength of mineral machinery and outstanding contribution in international development, SBM won the “Technology Innovation Award of Top 10 Economic Classic Samples in Pudong Headquarter"

Yang Chao, medlem av den stående komiteen i Pudong Nytt Distrikt og viseborgermester, deltok på arrangementet. Han sa i talen sin at Pudong Nytt Distrikt alltid har lagt vekt på utviklingen av hovedkvarterøkonomi, noe som gjør det til en strategisk tiltak for å bygge kjerneområdet av de fem sentrene og en drivkraft for å øke konkurranseevnen til byen.

Fang Libo, the executive vice president of SBM, said at the meeting: “We particularly want to seize the opportunities brought by development of Pudong and make breakthroughs in construction of green mine and smart mine as well as the exploitation of urban mineral."
