The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the fourth batch of SRDI "little giant" enterprises list on August 8. SBM was selected to be one of them with its strong innovation ability, high market share and outstanding core technology, which meant government's recognition. SBM has previously been selected as the 2021 Shanghai SRDI Enterprise.

The SRDI "Little Giant" Project is implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It targets science and technology enterprises with strong technological innovation capabilities, outstanding market competitiveness and great development potential. “Little Giants” typically specialize in niche sectors, command high market shares and boast strong innovative capacity.
