On December 28, 2019, CCTV’s flagship news program Xinwen Lianbo (CCTV সংবাদ Network) reported the story "Three Customs Declaration Forms in the Eyes of One Customs Officer". These three declaration documents are from Tesla, the 2nd China International Import Expo and SBM respectively. They are so representative, witnessing the resilience and vitality of China's continuous reform and opening up in 2019 and the growth of import and export trades.

২০১৯ সালের ২০ আগস্ট শংহাই পাইলট মুক্ত বাণিজ্য অঞ্চলের লিংগাং স্পেশাল এরিয়া আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে চালু করা হয়। চীনা সরকার লিংগাং স্পেশাল এরিয়াকে স্বাধীন উন্নয়ন, সংস্কার ও উদ্ভাবনের ব্যবস্থাপনা ক্ষমতা প্রদান করে। এই মুক্তি, খোলা এবং উদ্ভাবনের পরিবেশে, এসবিএম তার ২৮০,০০০ বর্গমিটার কারখানা নির্মাণ করেছে।
