နှစ်စဥ်ပါတီ: ရွှေ့လျှေရေးခဲ့သည် ခေတ်ဦးသံ⟩မြန်မဲ့မပျက်၊ ခုတ်ခဲ့ပါသည်

Summary: ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် SBM သည် မျှော်လင့်ချက်အထက်အတန်းအစည်းအဝေးကို "အင်အားစုကင်းစကာ၊ သန်းခေါင်အကြီးအကျယ့်လုပ်ငန်း၊ ၂၀၁၈ အတွက်စစ်နိုင်ရန်" ခွဲခြမ်းအကြမ်းဖျဉ်းပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။

2018 FEB 23 ရက်တွင် SBM သည် "အစည်းအဝေးအစည်းအဝေး" ခေါင်းစဥ်ဖြင့် မျှော်မှန်းထားသည့် နှစ်စဉ်အစည်းအဝေးကို ကြိုဆိုခဲ့သည် "Gather Strength·Century Enterprise·Fight For 2018".

Before the meeting, all staff gathered in front of SBM’s twin office buildings to take a group photo. Ready? 3, 2, 1... CHEESE~

After taking photos, we headed to the grand auditorium, which can accommodate up to one thousand people. After colleagues watched New Year greeting videos taken by each department and reviewed SBM’s major events of 2017, the annual meeting officially kicked off. Schedule arrangements of the annual meeting are as follows.

SBM has three systems: the production system, the marketing system and the functional system. At the meeting, all 3 systems gave their resolutions and targets which they will try their best to achieve in 2018. After that, under the guidance of the chairman and executive vice president, all staff stood up to recite SBM’s core value: ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဝါရันวင့်အရည်အသွေးကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖော်ထုတ်ယူပြီး၊ သရုပ်ဆောင်မှု နှင့် ကြိုးပမ်းမှုဖြင့် ထူးခြားမှုကို တည်ဆောက်ပါသည်။ သန့်စင်မှု၊ ယုံကြည်မှုနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှုတို့နှင့် တာဝန်ခံဝန်ထမ်းများဖြစ်ရန် ကတိပေးထားသောကြောင့် ကမ္ဘာနှင့် ညီညွတ်စွာ တိုးတက်ပြီး လေးစားရမည့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှု၏အလင်းရောင်ကို မျှဝေပေးပါသည်။

၂။ ဘူးကြောင်းများ ချီးမြှင့်ခြင်း

တစ်ရာနှစ်စီးပွားရေးခြင်ပွန်းဖြစ်ရန် သည် SBMer တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီ၏ ကြိုးစားမှုလိုအပ်သည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများကို မီးမောင်းဖို့အတွက်၊ SBM သည် သူတို့အနေအထားတွင် ကောင်းမွန်စွာနိုင်ရင် နှစ်စဉ် ဂုဏ်ပြုမည်။ ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ် ပွဲလမ်းအစည်းအဝေးలో၊ ဂုဏ်ပြုမှုအမျိုးအစားအချို့ သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့သည် --- ဖိုင်အလန်းရှင်းသောလုပ်သားများ၊ ဖိုင်အလန်းရှင်းသောဆရာများ၊ ဖိုင်အလန်းရှင်းသောမန်နေဂျာများနှင့်လုပ်ငန်းယဉ်ကျေးမှုဆုများ (တစ်ဦးနှင့်အဖွဲ့)။

၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ် Victoria's Secret ပြသလုပ်ပွဲအထိတော့ အကောင်းဆုံးမရောက်လောက်သေးပါဘူး။ ခုနှစ်အရင်မှာ SBM ၏ မျက်နှာကျဲပြပွဲကို ကြည့်ပျော်ကြည့်မည် မည်သည်လည်း မကျိုး။

Parallel Galaxies, What I miss…… ကမ္ဘာ့အသံအကြောင်းထက် နောက်ရက်ကို နိုင်ငံကောင်းကို စိတ်ချမ်းသာစေဖို့ နည်းလမ်းအကောင်းဆုံးမှာ တစ်ယောက်တည်းဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ တော့ မြန်မြန်လှုပ်ရှားပြီး ဤသီချင်းနှစ်ပေါင်းကို ရည်ရွယ်ပါ။
