The launch event and award ceremony of the 7th top 10 Economic Classic Samples in Pudong Headquarter, organized by Commerce Commission of Pudong New District in Shanghai, was held at Shanghai International Convention Center on December 8th, 2021. Yang Chao, membru al comitetului stând al Comitetului Districtului Nou Pudong și viceguvernator al districtului, a participat la eveniment. Pe 15 iulie 2021, au fost emise Opiniile Comitetului Central al Partidului Comunist Chinez și ale Consiliului de Stat cu privire la dezvoltarea Districtului Nou Pudong, care susțin reforma și deschiderea de înalt nivel a Pudong și vizează transformarea acestuia într-o zonă de frunte pentru Modernizarea Socialistă. Aceasta a oferit noi oportunități pentru dezvoltarea Pudong.
