In this article, another EPC project, located in Fujian Province, China, will be introduced in details.

Profile ng Proyekto

This customer is a large-scale textile enterprise in Fujian Province, China whose export volume has reached billions of yuan. Because the company’s business scale was expanding, it planned to build a textile park occupying 300,000m2. To reduce the building costs and to develop a new growth chance, the company itself decided to invest an aggregate production line to process granite.

It was the first time that the customer had set foot in aggregate crushing field. Through multiple investigations, the customer was convinced by SBM’s high-performance machines and strength on the EPC service. So, he finally chose to cooperate with us. This project has been put into operation after a test-run in January, 2018. Currently, the production is stable. The discharged broken gravel and machine-made sand makes the customer satisfied.

Technological Process

Nakuha sa pamamagitan ng pagsabog, ang hilaw na materyal na granite ay unang ipinapadala sa F5X1345 Vibrating Feeder kung saan ang hilaw na materyal ay maaaring masala nang pauna at sa gayon ang maliliit na partikulo ng granite ay pumapasok sa transit hopper kung saan ang isa pang bahagi ng granite ay pagsasamahin pagkatapos masira ng jaw crushers. Sa itaas ng transit hopper ay may dalawang set ng HPT300 Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers. Matapos ang pagdurog ng mga cone crushers, ang mga nabasag na partikulo ay isinasala ng dalawang S5X2460-3 Vibrating Screens upang pumili ng bahagi ng mga tapos na produkto sa loob ng 20-31.5-40 mm habang ang natitirang mga partikulo ay pinaghihiwalay ng S5X2460-2 Vibrating Screen upang makuha ang 0-5-10-20 mm ng mga tapos na produkto.

◆ Tungkol sa pinong pagdurog, inirerekomenda ng SBM ang HPT Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers ng customer na ito na may mga matatag na teknolohiya, ganap na hydraulic na mga pagsasaayos, dilute-oil lubrication, LCD control at prinsipyo ng lamination crushing. Lahat ng ito ay ginagarantiyahan ang mas magagandang hugis ng mga inilabas na materyales.
