Mesin utama mengadopsi teknologi penyesuaian hidrolik dan fasilitas tambahan canggih dari beberapa merek terkenal internasional, seperti motor dari Siemens, bearing dari TIMKEN, pengurang kecepatan dari FLENDER, peralatan listrik dari ABB/Schneider dan penyapu dari Martin.
➤Solusi yang disesuaikan dan dioptimalkan. Proyek ini mengadopsi teknologi canggih dan matang domestik. Proses penghancuran dua tahap dan sistem pembuatan pasir menara ditempatkan secara kompak dan masuk akal, menghemat banyak area tempat dan menguntungkan untuk pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan.
➤Energy conservation and environment protection. All motors used in this project are energy-saving with unit energy consumption greatly lower than other motors’ in current markets. The production process is fully closed. The impulse dust remover is used, so dust emission is controlled below 10mg/m3, greatly lower than the national standard of 30mg/m3.
➤Sistem Pembuatan Pasir Menara VUS450 membantu membawa kapasitas besar, efisiensi penghancuran tinggi dan produk jadi yang sangat baik, serta menguntungkan perlindungan lingkungan.
