연례 행사: 백년 기업을 향해 힘을 모으자

Summary: 2018년 2월 23일, SBM은 오랜 기대를 모았던 연례 회의를 환영했으며, 주제는 "힘을 모으자·세기 기업·2018을 위한 투쟁"이었습니다....

2018년 2월 23일, SBM은 오랫동안 기다려온 연례 총회를 맞이했습니다. 주제는 "Gather Strength·Century Enterprise·Fight For 2018".

Before the meeting, all staff gathered in front of SBM’s twin office buildings to take a group photo. Ready? 3, 2, 1... CHEESE~

After taking photos, we headed to the grand auditorium, which can accommodate up to one thousand people. After colleagues watched New Year greeting videos taken by each department and reviewed SBM’s major events of 2017, the annual meeting officially kicked off. Schedule arrangements of the annual meeting are as follows.

개띠의 해를 맞이하는 결심을 전하다

SBM has three systems: the production system, the marketing system and the functional system. At the meeting, all 3 systems gave their resolutions and targets which they will try their best to achieve in 2018. After that, under the guidance of the chairman and executive vice president, all staff stood up to recite SBM’s core value: 우리는 헌신과 장인정신으로 품질을 만들어내고, 성실과 끈기로 빛과 위대를 세운다. 정직의 전달자가 되기 위해 헌신하며, 세상과 조화를 이루는 발전을 지속하고, 문명의 빛을 온전히 발산한다.

2. 우수 직원 시상

세기 기업이 되기 위해서는 모든 SBMer의 노력이 필요합니다. 그래서, 직원들을 격려하기 위해 SBM은 매년 각자의 자리에서 뛰어난 성과를 보인 사람들을 시상합니다. 2018년 연례 총회에서는 여러 가지 상을 수여했습니다 --- 우수 직원상, 우수 강사상, 우수 관리자상 및 기업 문화상 (개인 및 팀)
