项目简介

华骥建筑材料科技有限公司是山西省五大混凝土公司之一，计划建设一个工业园区，该园区通过加工尾矿和回收建筑废料来生产高质量的骨料。该园区包括四个系统——年产100万吨高质量骨料生产系统，其原料为尾矿和建筑废料，年产30万吨干混砂浆系统，年产15万立方米特种建筑材料生产系统，预制墙板生产系统和地下管道系统。

从尾矿和建筑废料的收集到综合处理，从绿色建筑材料生产到成品销售，该项目形成了完整的运营模式，充分利用尾矿和建筑废料。

尾矿与建筑废料破碎设计方案

• 1) When the raw materials are building wastes…

  首先，建筑废料通过振动给料机送入颚式破碎机进行粗碎。经过粗碎和磁选后，物料通过筛分进行分类，筛出布料、塑料袋和木材等垃圾。

  The materials prescreened enter the buffer material bin, then to the impact crusher. After being processed by impact crusher, de-ironer would remove the magnetic unbreakable material including steel and iron wire. Then screener classifies the materials again into 3 levels — materials (≥40mm) which would be sent back to impact crusher to be processed into particles with size within 0-40mm, materials (10-40 mm) which enter the aggregate production system for dressing, materials (3-10 mm, 0-3 mm) which would enter the storage bin and fine materials (0-3 mm) would be moistened to be used in brick production.

• 2) When the raw materials are tailings…

  Because tailings are hard and wear resistant, cone crusher is recommended. And remaining processing steps are similar to those of building wastes. Say, the materials prescreened enter the buffer material bin, then to the impact crusher. After being processed by the impact crusher, de-ironer would remove the magnetic unbreakable material including steel and iron. Then screener classifies the materials again into 3 levels — materials( ≥40 mm) which would be sent back to impact crusher to be processed into particles with size within 0-40mm, materials (10-40 mm) which enter to the aggregate production system for dressing, materials( 3-10 mm, 0-3 mm) which would enter the storage bin and fine materials (0-3mm) would be moistened to be used in brick production.

• 高质量再生骨料（年产50万吨）：再生骨料的市场价格为每吨33元，因此每年可以赚取1650万元。

• 2) 干混砂浆（30万吨/年）：干混砂浆的市场价格为每吨220元，因此每年可以赚6600万元。

成本计算

• 1）回收和运输成本：尾矿和建筑废料的运输距离通常在30公里以内。支出为每吨10元。

• 2）材料加工成本：每吨材料成本为10.29元，包括电费、易损件费用、设备折旧和人工费。

利润计算

• 1) The average price of natural aggregates is 33 yuan per ton. So a ton of materials can get 12.71 yuan after subtracting the costs（10+10.29=20.29）And annual profits of high-quality recycled aggregate can reach ¥6.355 million.

• 2) Provided that the content of magnetic materials like rebar and iron wire is 1%, then the profits got from these materials: 800yuan/ton X 1 million tons X 1% = ¥8 million.

• 3) Compared to river sand, the dry-mixed mortar (300,000 TPY) can save: 30yuan/ton X 300 thousand tons = ¥9 million.

毛利润

Disposal fee of building wastes saved annually: 20yuan/ton X 1 million tons = ¥20 million. Annual indirect profits: ¥28.155 million+¥20 million=¥48.155 million
