မြေမှုန့်ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးစက်ရုံကို ဘယ်လိုထိရောက်စွာတည်ဆောက်မလဲ။

A production line with smooth operation does not mean the completion of final construction. On the contrary, it is an important period only after ensuring high output and high quality of the plant.
