Nach der Ansammlung und den experimentellen Analysen von Vor-Ort-Testdaten von mehr als dreißig Jahren hat SBM, ein chinesischer Schleifmühlenhersteller, die fünfte Generation der pendelnden Aufhängungs-Schleifmühle – MB5X Schleifmühle – erforscht und entwickelt. Alle nicht brennbaren und nicht explosiven spröden Mineralprodukte, deren Mohs-Härte unter Stufe 7 und Wassergehalt unter 6% liegen, können von dieser Schleifmühle zermahlen werden.
Grinding roller of MB5X grinding mill adopts diluted oil lubrication. It is a technology initiated domestically which is maintenance-free and easy to operate. Diluted oil lubrication is oil bath lubrication, more convenient than grease lubrication since no frequent oil-adding, and it needs lower maintenance cost. There is no shovel blade cylinder in the grinding chamber, so ventilation area is larger and air-conveying resistance is smaller. Besides, use of large-diameter grinding roller directly improves the efficiency of the grinding mill. Volute elastic damping structure can effectively reduce vibrating damage on the grinding mill. Between the volute and engine base, special elastic structure is applied, and in combination with setup of rubber shock pad, it could directly avoid influence of vibration of engine base on operating stability of powder concentrator, and completely eradicate the problem of shatter crack of volute and central engine due to vibration of engine base. Main shaft of the grinding mill applies diluted self-lubricating system, which is fully automatic and labor-saving. The main-shaft bearing, transmission-shaft bearing and gear engagement surface are all lubricated and cooled by built-in oil pump. The operation is automatic without manual operation, which can timely and effectively ensure operating stability of the grinding mill. The reducer of the grinding mill is equipped with oil-temperature detecting system and heating unit, and according to the pre-set requirements, it could operate automatically under low temperature, ensuring the safe operation of host lubricating system. Grinding roller hanger applies unusual mesh design to increase the ventilation area of the grinding chamber. This design could directly improve material-conveying efficiency while lowering the windage. Powder concentrator adopts low-resistance hanging cage-type powder concentrator. The advantages of this powder concentrator lies in its high efficiency and low energy consumption. Processing same kind of materials and requiring same fineness, this powder concentrator needs less electricity but it can bring higher capacity compared to the blade-type powder concentrator. Integrated wear-resistant shovel plate could improve the durability and lower use cost of quick-wear parts. Air-intake volute is redesigned by applying wear-resistant liner, which can directly improve service life of the volute in multiples. Transmission system of powder concentrator applies concentrated lubricating system. The system could operate automatically according to setup without shutdown and manual operation. The use of large-diameter powder collector and pneumatic wind-lockage valve could effectively improve powder-collecting efficiency and avoid powder-returning phenomenon. Air intake of the powder collector applies wear-proof liner which can directly improve the service life. Zwischen dem Pulverklassifikator und dem Pulverkollektor befindet sich die quadratische Pipeline. Sie kann Windverwehungen am Eingang des Pulverkollektors aufgrund des variablen Durchmessers der quadratischen und der zirkulären Pipeline vermeiden. Der Pulsstaubkollektor ist installiert, um Asche mittels pneumatischer Kraft zu entfernen. Der automatische Betrieb spart manuelle Ascheentfernung und vermeidet Pulververschmutzung. Die MB5X-Mühle verwendet einen speziellen dedizierten Ventilator, dessen Leistung zuverlässig ist und dessen Energieverbrauch gering ist, was einen stabilen Betrieb der vom System benötigten Windkraft gewährleistet.
