The layout of artificial crusher sand plant is similar to stone ore crushing plant. It consist of feeding machine, sand screening equipment, conveyors, jaw crusher, VSI crusher etc. For manufacturing sand at large scale, it is manufactured directly from bigger size stones up to 500 mm size. The bigger stones should be crushed to minus 8 mm for feeding in the crushing machine.

The stone crusher can be set for 40 mm opening, so more production can be achieved from crusher or bigger size. This 40 mm from jaw crusher can be re-crushed in our VSI crusher and reduced to 20 mm cubical metal and remaining below 12 mm can be fed to artificial sand processing machine for converting in sand.
