In order to comply with the requirements of domestically environmental protection economic development, Pakistan has introduced feeding renewable crusher in the construction waste project last year. Now we are embracing its one year anniversary, what kind of achievements it has made? Our reporter has managed to interview the sanitation department staff. The following is the original record of the interview.
Reporter: Pakistan has built 8 large construction waste processing stations, and 30 small construction waste recycling plants so far. What do you think about these plants during your time of charging?
Sanitation Section staff (hereinafter referred to as “Sanitation Department " ): let’s start from the environmental improvements. Before we install this construction waste project, sanitation workers are under great pressure in Pakistan, it feels on pains and needles after seeing so many mountains like waste. While you will never have such feelings now once you walk into the circular economy in Environmental Science and Technology Demonstration Park. The classification of the waste is clear, and lots of procedures are omitted during the process of reuse.
Reporter: Speaking of re-use, how can you achieve the aim of "turning waste into treasure”?
Sanitation Department: Circular economy in Pakistan has been strongly advocated by the government, so we are expected to carry it out. And of course, we have realized that construction waste is a kind of resources which has been placed in a wrong place. The elaborate investigation of the relevant feeder renewable crusher manufacturers has made us realize that we can install this waste recycling project without technical obstacles. Therefore, we purchased the complete equipments from SBM since we have started our project last year.
Reporter: Can you tell us how this production line runs?
Sanitation Department: we have several steps for this. First, we need an initial classification of all the waste. Then materials like bricks, cement, gravel is screened of the secondary use. Third a separator is used to separate the iron and plastic apart. Last Feeding renewable crusher can crush the mixtures of all these materials. The crushed stone can be made into concrete blocks and other new building materials. In particular, we need to mention multicolored bricks with good air permeability and good price, which has been a favor for lots of customers.
