This is a project for processing surface stone of a cement mine.

Materials are evenly sent to PE jaw crusher by TSW grizzly feeder (soil can be pre-sifted for removal), then delivered tovibrating screen for screening and to PFW impact crusher under the action of belt (screening first, and then crushing). And then the materials would be screened again till the qualified products (0-5-20-30mm) are produced.

The PE jaw crusher equipped is of higher efficiency and lowerenergy consumption compared to traditional ones. TSW Feeder can effectively realize soil separation. All these greatly improve productivity.

The operation doesn't need the concrete foundation and many bin hoppers, which can avoid the demolition and construction after project ends and is very suitable for road and high-speed railway construction whose crushing plants have a strict demand for flexibility.
