1. Does VU system need water washing? Will it produce sludge and sewage?
VU system adopts full dry-process production without any washing water. The negative pressure enclosed dust collection system collects all dust into finished stone powder, realizing zero wastewater, zero sludge and zero dust emission, completely complying with national environmental protection standards.
2. How much land does VU tower system occupy? Is it suitable for limited-site factories?
Highly integrated vertical tower structure cuts floor space by over 60% compared with flat dry sand lines. Even small quarry and mixing plant sites can install complete VU units without large land investment.
3. Can collected stone powder be sold separately to increase profit?
Yes. The system equips independent powder silo, separated high-purity stone powder can be sold as raw material for dry mortar, cement filler and lime plant, realizing full resource utilization and extra income.
4. How long do core wear parts (impeller tips, liners) last under regular stone chip processing?
Taking limestone chip processing as an example, standard alloy wear parts have long service life. For high-abrasive basalt and granite raw materials, customized thickened wear-resistant accessories can be selected to extend replacement cycle.
