  It supports coal, grain, chemical fertilizer, iron/gold/bauxite ore, granite & basalt aggregates, cement clinker, sulphur and other loose bulk solids with particle size 0–400mm.

• What types of vessels and terminals are suitable for this equipment?

  It can load barges, coasters, handy-size and Panamax bulk carriers. Widely deployed in inland river terminals, coastal bulk ports, mine dedicated wharves, cement plant cargo docks and grain storage terminals.

• How does radial & telescopic design cut ship loading downtime?

  Conventional fixed ship loaders require frequent machine relocation to switch cargo holds. This model realizes multi-hold coverage via radial swing and boom extension at one feeding station, drastically shortening hatch switching intervals and boosting loading efficiency.

• How does fully sealed design solve spillage and dust pollution?

  The whole flow path from feed inlet, transfer point to discharge chute adopts full closed rubber skirt sealing. Optional fog dust suppression and centralized dust extraction system can be matched to meet international port environmental emission standards, eliminating cargo spillage and flying dust.

• Why is mobile ship loader more cost-effective than fixed ship loading system?

  Fixed ship loaders require large-scale rail foundation and permanent steel structures with high one-time civil investment. Mobile models only need flat ground without permanent foundation construction, greatly lowering initial capital expenditure and supporting cross-berth flexible operation.
