Pebble enters into CS240 cone crusher for middle crushing. Next, by screening a part of material is sieved out as finished products and the material more than 31.5mm would be transported into HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by belt conveyor. The stone material below 10mm enters into two VSI9532 sand-making machines in parallel to make 0-5mm of sand.

Project Advantages

The project was totally designed by SBM, which greatly reduced the unnecessary investment when using the most advanced multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The principle of lamination crushing brought good granularity. The whole hydraulic control was accurate and reliable. VSI5X impact crusher which was used to produce sand had greater pass rate and capacity. Besides, we adopted deep cavity rotor with optimized design so that material through-put rate increased by 30%. The ratio of sand to gravel can be arbitrarily adjusted due to integrated design.
