Vibration feeder may be overheated in the process of working. In the face of such problems, we need to calmly analyze, find out the causes of bearing heating and put forward corresponding solutions.

1. The surface of bearings and motors are seriously heated and vibrated. Friction sounds can be heard during operation, which indicates that the stator and rotor of the motor are rubbed together. The motor needs to be repaired in time.

2. The bearings at both ends of the motor are heated and vibrate heavily. If the load is a blade, the sound produced by the blade is not uniform and varies with the speed. If the bearing is overheated and the vibration is excessive, the motor should be removed for inspection and repair.

3. The bearings at both ends of the motor produce heat, vibration, and noise at the same time. After shutdown, it is hard to pull the rotating part with a hand. Check whether the end cap bolt is loose and the foot bolt is loose. After tightening, if there is still serious fever in the bearing, the motor should be inspected and reassembled.

4. The bearing of the vibration feeder is heated, but there is no abnormality in vibration and noise. Check both ends of the motor to see if there are any obstacles hindering ventilation.
