1. What is the Y series vibrating screen used for?
It is standard grading equipment for crushed raw materials, mainly used for dry & wet particle classification of ores, aggregates and solid waste. It can separate materials into multiple different finished sizes in one pass, widely matched in stone crushing, mineral processing, coal washing and construction waste recycling lines.
2. Is it easy to replace screen mesh on site?
The screen deck adopts standardized assembly structure without complicated locking parts. Operators can disassemble and replace worn screen plates quickly without dismantling the whole screen box, cutting downtime during production.
3. Can Y vibrating screen work under wet sand washing conditions?
Yes. The whole screen box adopts anti-rust thick steel plate welding, matched wear-resistant screen mesh can handle wet sand, sticky stone chips and other wet materials, widely used after sand washing machine for aggregate grading.
4. How to select the right Y vibrating screen model for my project?
