  The screen box adopts split modular design for easy container transportation. All core vibrator assemblies are pre-installed and tested in factory; on-site only needs frame bolt connection and pipeline wiring.

• 5. What feeding rules should I follow during SL screen operation?

  1. Equip matched uniform feeding equipment to spread materials evenly across the full width of screen surface, avoid concentrated feeding at one side; 2. Strictly control the thickness of material layer, too thick materials will reduce screening precision; 3. Remove oversize hard blocks and iron sundries in advance to prevent screen mesh damage.
