1. Blockage caused by materials with high humidity
If stone material has more water content with high viscosity, it's easy to stick to both sides of screen hole and liner after being crushed. This will occupy too much space in crushing chamber, and lower passing rate of screen holes, causing material blockage.
Solution: we can preheat the impacting plates and the feed inlet (install drying equipment), or sunburn the material to reduce the water content of it.
2. Overfeeding
When the material was feed too much and too fast in impact crusher, the pointer of impact crusher ammeter will be large. When the rated current of the machine is exceeded, it will cause overload. So the material couldn't crush and discharge, which cause material blockage.
Solution:We should pay attention to the deflection angle of the ammeter pointer during the feeding process. If material blockage occurs, we should reduce the feeding amount immediately to make the machine run normally.
3. Too slow discharging
Generally, the feeding speed and the discharging speed are related. Too much feeding will cause material blockage, and too slow discharging speed will also cause a large amount of material blocked inside machine, which will cause blockage.
