When the impact crusher machine ordered and used in the actual production line, it will have some issues in the later application. Before you buy the machine, you need to have a good understanding of after-sales issues, problems and solutions.
1. Hot Condition of Bearing
When the bearing is short of oil, the bearing will be hot and it needs to add the oil in time. On the contrary, if you add too much oil, it will make the bearing hot. When you add oil to the bearing, you need to check the oil level position. When the bearing is broken, you need to replace it with a new bearing in time.
2. Abnormal Vibration of Impact Crusher
When the machine has abnormal vibration, it may be because the materials are too large and you can check the feeding material size. The plate hammer has uneven wear and it needs to change it. Or it is for the unbalance rotor and it needs to adjust. Improper foundation installation may cause problems; check the foundation bolts and tighten them if necessary.
3. Belt To Flip
It may be that the belt is worn, so a new V-belt needs to be installed.
4. Large Size of Discharge Materials
The impact hammer is worn and needs to be reversed or replaced with a new one. When the space between the impact hammer and impact plate is larger, it needs to adjust.
5. Knocking Inside the Machine
Unbreakable materials have entered the crushing chamber, so you need to stop the machine immediately and clean it. The fasteners on the plate are loose, causing the impact hammer to strike the plate. Check the tightness of the plate and the clearance between the impact hammer and the impact plate. The hammer or other parts are broken, so the damaged parts need to be replaced.
