One. Barite material introduction
Barium sulfate is the main component of barite. Its Mohs hardness is about 4.5. It is produced in low-temperature hydrothermal veins, occurring as nodules and massive forms. It is widely used as an additive in oil and gas drilling muds, and its consumption in chemical, paper, filler, and other fields is also increasing year by year.

Based on the natural state of barite and its hardness, the appropriate crushing and grinding equipment should be selected. Three. the production line process
Naturally exploited barite is evenly fed into the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The primarily crushed barite particles are conveyed to the cone crusher by a belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After secondary crushing, the barite is screened by a circular vibrating screen. Particles that meet the size requirements are lifted by a bucket elevator to the storage bin. Which does not meet the requirements, is returned to the cone crusher and continues to the crusher. The barite material in the storage bin is sent to the barite mill for grinding. After grinding, the barite material is blown to the separator under the action of the blower for sorting. Two kinds of barite material are sorted out. The material that meets the requirements is sent to the storage bin through the pipeline and discharged to the discharge valve as the finished product powder. Materials that do not meet the requirements are reground until qualified. The dust produced during the milling process is treated by the pulse dust collector and then discharged into the atmosphere.
