1. Stand
The frame is a four-wall rigid frame with upper and lower openings. It is used to support the eccentric shaft and bear the reaction force of crushing materials. 2. Jaw Plate And Side Guard Plate
Both fixed and movable jaws are composed of a jaw bed and a jaw board, which is the working part fixed on the jaw bed by bolts and wedges. The jaw bed with fixed jaw is the front wall of the frame. The jaw bed with movable jaw is suspended on the circumference. It should have enough strength and stiffness to withstand the crushing reaction, so it is mostly cast steel or cast iron.

3. Transmission Parts
The eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the crusher, which is made of high carbon steel by a large bending torsion force. The eccentric part must be finished, heat‑treated, and the bearing bushing cast with Babbitt alloy. One end of the eccentric shaft is equipped with a belt wheel, and the other end is equipped with a flywheel.

4. Adjusting Device
The adjusting device includes wedge type, backing plate type and hydraulic type. The wedge type is generally adopted, which consists of a front wedge and a rear wedge. The front wedge can move back and forth to press against the rear push plate, while the rear wedge serves as the adjusting wedge and can move up and down. The inclined surfaces of the two wedges fit closely with each other, and the screw drives the rear wedge to move up and down to adjust the opening size. 5. Flywheel
The flywheel of the jaw crusher is used to store the energy of the moving jaw during the empty stroke and then is used for the industrial formation to make the mechanical work more uniform. 6. Lubricating Device
Eccentric shaft bearings usually use centralized circulating lubrication. The supporting surface of mandrel and thrust plate is usually lubricated by manual grease gun. The swing angle of the movable jaw is very small, which makes it difficult to lubricate between the mandrel and the bearing bush. Some axial oil grooves are usually machined at the bottom of the bearing bush, with an annular oil groove cut in the middle to connect them.
