SBM 2011 Managerial Elite Introduction Program with remarkable achievements

December 2010, Shanghai Shibang machinery Co., LTD started the 2011 Managerial Elite Introduction Program. The recruitment team of human resources centre aimed at master degree graduates of 3 top domestic universities: Tsinghai University, Beijing University, Renmin university of China during the recruitment, in search for elite talent from most outstanding domestic schools.

The campus presentations were themed by Pentium harmonious "team". Master degree graduates of Tsinghai University, Beijing University, and Renmin university of China, 498 people in total, participated in the recruitment, 30% higher in real terms than a year earlier.

The final interview took place in company headquarters. December 17th, SBM received three transports of ultimate interview elite. In order to relieve applicant's pressure due to a long journey and mental tension, and make them off their games, SBM specially assigned headquarters visits, and let everybody have fun in the KTV and cafe. In addition, the company specially prepared birthday party for two interviewers, bringing them a great surprise.

The interview was divided into three parts: individual show, q&a and written test. Meantime, applicants fully demonstrated their good comprehensive quality.

Students showed that what attracted them most during the entire recruitment process was the enterprise culture. The pentium of harmonious atmosphere they had never met was also very yearning. A student said: "A good enterprise, must have a clear development vein and a very farsighted courageous leadership team. That's what left me the deepest impression! This time I also met many of our school's excellent older pupils, and found them have such a good development. I also wish to join the team as soon as possible!"

Since SBM proposed the "Human Resource Strategy "in 2005, a lot of fresh blood has laid a solid foundation for the company's steady development. Especially after SBM started the largest talent introduction plan in 2009, which realized that graduates from college or higher accounted for more than 85% of the total number of staff. At present, these talents have quickly intergraded into the SBM team, and are playing a crucial role in their post.
