There are four external force which been applied to grind the raw material: crushing, cutting, impacting (hitting), grinding. Crushing is mainly been used in coarse and medium stage for the hardness and boulder raw material; Cutting is mainly been used in the crushing and grinding for toughness and fibrous materials; impacting (hitting) is mainly used in the grinding and depolymerization for brittle materials; grinding is mainly used in the superfine and ultrafine processing for the medium crushed material. The actual grinding process is one of several external force simultaneously, however, the high-end grinding machines are mostly customized by the grinding environment. Centrifugal grinding mill is one of the grinding machines, which is mainly been used in processing the brittle material by the impacting force, especially the nonmetal ores and material.
The centrifugal superfine mill is been designed on the base of advanced technologies at home and abroad .The most prominent advantages are: stable operation, low noise, superfine product (325-3500mesh) .The principle of the centrifugal superfine mill is load the raw material into its body by the hood in shell side, rely on the grinding roller device which been hanged in the host’s plum frame, revolves around a vertical axis, at the same time autorotation. Due to the centrifugal force in rotation, the roller swings go outward and presses closely upon the ring, the shovel carries the material to the space between the roller and ring. When the roller rolls, the stuff is thus grinded. Then we collect the end products by air classification.
Air classification is as follows: the wind been blow into the host shell by the fan, blow the powder, then grinded material been sorted by the analyzer which placed above the grinding room, the rough powder will be put back to the grinder for regrinding, The fine powder flows into the cyclone collector together with air flow and is expelled from the powder output pipe as product. Airflow comes back into the fan by return collector pipe on the upper end of the air large cyclone. Wind road is cycling, and flowing in the state of negative pressure, the part of the increased air circulation been expelled by the exhaust pipe between the fan and mainframe and goes into the small cyclone dust collector, final purification
