Numbers of road construction projects promote the development of Indian crusher

There is a great demand of sand and aggregate due to numerous road construction projects in India, which increases the demand of crushers as well. Different types of crushers have their own advantages which can be used in different processing technology.

Kolkata is located in northern India, known as the northern gate of India. It’s the political, economic and cultural center as well as transportation hub of India. It’s also the old industrial bases in India, processing a good basis for R&D and manufacturing technology. Kolkata is rich in mineral resources, known as “the town of non-ferrous metals”. There are 88 kinds of minerals for the proved reserves, and the reserves of coal, uranium, lead, zinc, copper, tungsten, bismuth, cadmium, antimony, mercury, and fluorite all ranked NO.1 in India. With superior geographical location, excellent industrial base and rich mineral resources, the development of Indian mining machinery grows rapidly, especially for the crushers.

There are various types of Indian crushers, and based on the working principle, it can be divided into jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher etc. Each of them has its own advantages, applicable to different manufacturing process. Here we briefly share some of them with you.

Jaw crusher is designed based on the simulation of the movement of animal’s jaws. The material is squeezed by the movable jaw and static jaw and finally be crushed. It is mainly used for the primary crushing to make the bulk material into smaller particles, suitable for crushing kinds of ores with compressive strength less than 320mpa. Cone crusher usually used for secondary and tertiary crushing, can crush the material with medium and above medium hardness. It greatly reduces the production costs because of its large capacity, high crushing ratio and efficiency. The products processed by cone crusher are always with a more uniform grain and the cube proportion is significantly improved. Impact crusher uses the impact energy as the main power to crush the material, widely applying to construction, mining, railway, highway, energy, transportation, cement and chemical industries. It is high efficiency, safe, energy-saving and has high crushing ratio, welcomed by customers. Various Indian crushers provide customers with a variety of options, so customers can choose the suitable one according to their needs.

The Indian government has recently published some projects on road construction. These projects require a large amount of sand and aggregate, which brings new opportunities and challenges for the manufacturers of Indian crusher.
