Compared to traditional project modes, an EPC project management mode often owns such advantages as short construction period and low risks. So, undoubtedly, it is now quite popular among markets. Because an EPC project covers almost all procedures, including measuring and designing, foundation building, installation and debugging, production and management as well as after-sales services, it is a real challenge and test for the strength of contractors.

Project Profile

This customer is a large-scale textile enterprise in Fujian Province, China whose export volume has reached billions of yuan. Because the company’s business scale was expanding, it planned to build a textile park occupying 300,000m2. To reduce the building costs and developing a new growth chance, the company itself decided to invest an aggregate production line to process granite.

It was the first time that the customer had set foot in aggregate crushing field. Through multiple investigations, the customer was convinced by SBM’s high-performance machines and strength on the EPC service. So, he finally chose to cooperate us. This project has been put into operation after a test-run in January, 2018. Currently, the production is stable. The discharged broken gravel and machine-made sand makes the customer satisfied.

Technological Process

Got by explosion, raw material granite is firstly sent to F5X1345 Vibrating Feeder where raw material can be screened preliminarily and thereby small particles of granite enter the transit hopper in which another part of granite would merge after being broken by jaw crushers. Over the transit hopper are two sets of HPT300 Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers. In the wake of crushing by cone crushers, broken particles are screened by 2 S5X2460-3 Vibrating Screens to select part of finished products within 20-31.5-40mm while remaining particles are separated by a S5X2460-2 Vibrating Screen to get 0-5-10-20mm of finished products.

Project Advantages

◆The layout of the whole production line is reasonable with the production process smooth.

◆This project is equipped with SBM’s European Hydraulic Cone Crushers, HPT300 Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers, S5X Vibrating Screens and other machines with high efficiency yet low consumption, greatly reducing labor forces on one hand and lowering at least 200KW energy consumption per hour compared with machines from other peers under the same capacity.

◆As for fine crushing, SBM recommends this customer HPT Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers which boast mature technologies, fully-hydraulic adjustments, dilute-oil lubrication, LCD control and lamination crushing principle. All of these guarantee better shapes of discharged materials.
