Some materials like hard rock, brittle and soft stones,as well as high viscous materials are supposed to be crushed before they are grinded. The straining force of ultrafine mill comes from its hydraulics system, which marks the improvement of the ultrafine grinding automation level. The straining force should match with the thickness of the raw materials. For example,it is a kind of waste to process a thin material with a strong force which can also bring damage to the equipment. On the contrary, much stronger force is needed to process those raw material in a high hardness. In short, straining force can directly effect the grain size of the final product.
Parameters No.3: adjustment of certain ultrafine mills in accordance with the raw material thickness

Too much thin material under the high grinding pressure will cause the deformation of the final products.
