3.1 Feeding & Primary Crushing Module

Core Equipment: 1 ×F5X Vibrating Feeder + 1 ×PEW Jaw Crusher

Raw material is discharged by dump trucks directly into the feed hopper. Material inside the hopper is continuously and stably delivered to the primary jaw crusher via a heavy-duty vibrating feeder. The heavy-duty feeder is equipped with a single-grizzly bar structure; during the feeding process, most dirt and mud fines (0–80 mm) are screened out through the grizzly bars, while the remaining material enters the jaw crusher for primary crushing.

3.2 Secondary/Fine Crushing & Sand-Making Module

Core Equipment: 1 × CI5X Impact Crusher + 1 × VSI Sand Crusher

Material after coarse crushing is conveyed via belt conveyor to the CI5X impact crusher for secondary/fine crushing; material larger than 31 mm is returned to the impact crusher to achieve a closed-circuit crushing loop, while 5–13 mm material selectively enters the VSI sand crusher for sand making.

3.3 Screening Module

Core Equipment: 1 × S5X Vibrating Screen

Crushed material (approx. 0–70 mm) discharged from the impact crusher and sand maker is conveyed to the vibrating screen, which separates it into finished products of 0–5 mm, 5–13 mm, and 13–31 mm. Material larger than 31 mm is returned to the impact crusher for further crushing, establishing a closed crushing circuit; the 5–13 mm particles also operates in a closed-loop circuit with the sand-making machine.

An SP vibrating feeder is installed underneath the 5–13 mm stockpile, featuring variable frequency speed control to regulate feed rates and enhance overall production efficiency.

3.4 Buffer Bin & Finished Product Stockpile Module

Core Equipment: 1 × SP Vibrating Feeder

Screened products from the S5X vibrating screen form 3 distinct stockpiles. Beneath the 5–13 mm stockpile lies a feeder tunnel housing the SP vibrating feeder, which can route material into the sand maker for recirculating crushing, thereby increasing the proportion of manufactured sand.
