1. What hard rock materials can CS cone crush?
Suitable for medium & fine crushing of high-hardness abrasive materials: granite, basalt, river pebble, iron ore, copper ore, limestone, feldspar, construction waste, railway ballast, dolomite etc.
2. Where does CS cone fit in complete crushing line?
It serves as secondary & tertiary crushing equipment, matched after jaw crusher. Standard flow: Vibrating Feeder → C6X Jaw Coarse Crusher → Circular Vibrating Screen → CS Spring Cone (medium/fine crushing) → Sand Making Machine. It works for fixed plants, semi-mobile crushing stations.
3. How does spring overload protection work?
When uncrushable iron blocks enter the cavity, spring groups are compressed to lift the adjustment ring, enlarging discharge opening to discharge foreign objects automatically. After iron passes, springs reset the gap to original value, avoiding liner damage and machine shutdown.
4. How to adjust the discharge opening size of CS cone?
Rotate the adjustment ring to lift/lower fixed cone liner, change closed-side discharge gap. Hydraulic auxiliary device can assist fast adjustment; record gap data for stable finished particle size control.
5. What are the main wearing parts of CS spring cone?
