1. What is the throughput and max feed size of PFW impact crusher?
The full PFW series capacity ranges 0–350 t/h, maximum feed size up to 350 mm. Main models include PFW1214、PFW1315、PFW1415, with double & triple impact cavity optional to meet medium & fine crushing demands
2. What materials can PFW impact crusher process?
Specially designed for medium-low hardness rocks with compressive strength ≤350MPa: limestone, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, pebble, construction waste, cement clinker, coal, gypsum, river stone, etc. Not recommended for super hard rock like pure basalt.
3. Where does PFW match in complete aggregate production line?
Serves as secondary medium-fine crushing equipment after jaw crusher. Standard process: Vibrating Feeder → C6X Jaw Coarse Crusher → Circular Vibrating Screen → PFW Impact Crusher → Sand Maker. Widely used in fixed aggregate plant, construction waste recycling line, cement raw material crushing station.
4. Why PFW produces high-quality cubic aggregate?
Multi-step ladder impact cavity design. Materials go through primary strike, secondary impact and mutual abrasion three times inside the chamber, sharp edges are fully polished. Needle-flake particle content can be controlled below 10%, fully meeting expressway & high-grade concrete aggregate standards.
5. How to adjust finished aggregate particle size of PFW?
Adopt hydraulic clearance adjustment system, control gap between blow bar and impact plate. Narrow gap produces fine aggregate; widen gap for larger finished stones. All gap data can be digitally recorded for stable production.
