Sand production line process

Stone is evenly fed from the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The coarsely crushed material enters the cone crusher for secondary crushing. Crushed materials are conveyed by belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for screening. Stones meeting the feed size of the sand making machine enter it for sand making; those that do not meet the requirements return to the fine jaw crusher for re-crushing. Materials discharged from the sand making machine go back to the vibrating screen for rescreening. Sand that meets the requirements enters the sand washing machine for cleaning, and the cleaned finished product is conveyed by the finished product conveyor as final product. Aggregate mixtures that do not meet the requirements go back to the sand making machine for re-crushing. The production line finally forms a two-stage closed circuit and can be flexibly configured according to user needs.
