Difference between Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher and Multi-Cylinder

Amount difference of hydraulic cylinder. The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has one cylinder, while the multi-cylinder cone crusher has four. This is the basic structure of a hydraulic cone crusher.

Different working principle. In single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, the movement of moving cone is depending on the eccentric bushing on the main shaft and it will do the cranking movement. The main shaft will bring the moving cone to do movement. The multi-cylinder one relies on the eccentric bushing to drive the moving cone to perform a rotary motion. The main shaft will not move.

Different technical parameters. The hydraulic cone crusher machine's technical parameter is very important for the crusher machine's capacity. Multi-cylinder has less models and each model has two. The single has many models and each model has different cavities: super thick type, medium thick type, thin type, fine type and ultrafine type. This is a big difference. The single type has final end products with a narrow adjustment range.

Different fixing methods of the main shaft. The single-cylinder type is fixed at both ends, while the multi-cylinder type is fixed at the bottom.
