Reason 1: crushing ratio
Crushing ratio refers to the ratio of particle size of the feeding raw material and the crushed product. The larger the ratio, the bigger the crushing ratio is. For mobile crusher, large crushing ratio will increase the content of needle-like particles in the final products. If the crushing ratio is too small, it will cause the decrease of the production capacity, the increase of the circulation and increase the wear of mobile crusher. So, it is very important to adjust the crushing ratio.
Reason 2: feeding size of raw material
Different types or different models of mobile crusher have different max feeding size. If the feeding size of raw material is improper, it will also cause the discharge output substandard phenomenon of mobile crusher. For example, when the feeding size reduced from 100 mm to 50 mm, the needle-like particles content in finished product fell by 38%, so feeding size of raw material must conform to the requirements of mobile crusher.
Reason 3: circulating load of mobile crusher
Mobile crusher works in the closed circuit. Increase the discharge opening size, increase the circulating load, the final products will have better shape. In the whole process, due to the increase of the circulating load, the wear of equipment in the mobile crushing plant also increased. But when the discharge opening increases, the load of main crusher motor can be reduced, the shape of final products get better. In all, it is very important to adjust the circulating load of mobile crusher.
Reason 4: open and closed cycle crushing
The production process of mobile crusher has two modes: open and closed cycle crushing. Open cycle crushing mode is called screening before crushing while closed cycle crushing is called crushing before screening.
Screening before crushing means that raw materials after primary crushing are first screened in the product screen and then fed into secondary crusher for secondary crushing, so that the output of finished products will be increased, so does the content of needle-like particles. Crushing before screening means to feed all the primary crushing materials into the secondary crusher, and then screen the products from secondary crushing. The whole system is a closed system, without loss of crushed materials, but the product particle shape is better. In the actual production of mobile crusher, operators can choose open or closed cycle crushing mode according to requirements.
