Manganese is an important production and processing of raw materials, high-quality manganese can be used to make wear-resistant materials; addition, it is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry.Therefore, manganese ore mining and processing is very important in the economic development.

Manganese Ore Mining

Most manganese ore is mined by open-pit method. The ore body is stripped from the surface to determine its strike and width, before exploitation according to design. The soft orebody in the early stage can be mined by excavator, and blasted later.

Manganese Ore Processing

The big manganese ores are fed to the manganese jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for the primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will be transferred to a manganese impact crusher or cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will then be transferred to a vibrating screen for separation. After separation, the crushed manganese materials that meet the standards will be discharged as final products, while the other parts will be returned to the manganese impact crusher, forming a closed circuit. Size of final manganese products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirement. We can also equip a dust catcher system to protect the environment.
