Summary: In normal operation, the pressure acting on the working cylinder by the thrust plate of jaw crusher is lower than that of the hydraulic cylinder......
(1) normal work
In normal operation, the pressure acting on the working cylinder by the thrust plate of jaw crusher is lower than that of the hydraulic cylinder, the active valve is in the upper limit position, the thrust plate does not move, and the jaw crusher crushes the material normally.
(2) overload protection
When non-crushable materials enter the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher, the resistance load increases. At this time, the pressure acting on the toggle plate working cylinder exceeds the maximum thrust provided by the hydraulic cylinder. The oil pressure in the high-pressure oil chamber of the working cylinder rises instantly. The throttle valve drives the control valve to operate, causing the hydraulic system to discharge oil. This limits the maximum thrust of the toggle plate (i.e., the maximum crushing force) and protects the equipment from damage.

(3) troubleshooting
When non-crushable material enters the crushing chamber, the excessive load overcomes the maximum thrust of the working cylinder, forcing the piston to retract. As a result, the discharge opening of the jaw crusher widens. Due to the engagement of the jaw crusher, the non-broken material gradually moves downward and eventually discharges from the discharge port. The non-broken material in the crushing chamber is automatically removed. If the product in the crushing chamber is not broken, it can be removed by the auxiliary device.
(4) automatic recovery
When the non-broken material is automatically removed, the piston is in the retracted position, and the action valve restores the upper limit position without the instantaneous high pressure of the upper chamber, and no more oil is discharged from the system. The cylinder piston is left to the limit. At this point, the jaw crusher returns to normal operation.
