When the jaw crusher breaking chamber into the non-crushing object, the braking force increases, at this time the jaw crusher thrust plate on the working cylinder pressure is higher than the hydraulic cylinder can provide the thrust, the working cylinder high-pressure oil chamber oil pressure instantaneous rise, throttle valve makes the action valve action, the system (hydraulic cylinder) leak oil, limiting the maximum thrust of the thrust plate. (that is, maximum crushing force) to protect the machine;
When the non-broken material enters the crushing chamber, due to the maximum thrust provided by the working cylinder, the piston moves to the right and retracts. Accordingly, the discharge port of the jaw crusher enlarges. Due to the engagement of the jaw crusher, the non-broken material gradually moves downward and eventually discharges from the discharge port. The non-broken material in the crushing chamber is automatically removed. If the product in the crushing chamber is not broken, it can be removed by the auxiliary device.

When the non-broken material is automatically removed, the piston is in the retracted position, and the action valve restores the upper limit position without the instantaneous high pressure of the upper chamber, and no more oil is discharged from the system.
