Get the Brochure GF Vibrating Feeder is the grizzly feeder driven by a vibrating motor, and serves as an efficient primary feeder. Specifically designed for mobile crushing stations, semi-fixed crushing lines, and small stockyards, it excels in feeding materials to jaw crushers, primary impact crushers, and hammer crushers. It can also function effectively as a primary conveyor.
The biggest vibration strength of GF series reaches 4.0G and its capacity is 20% higher than traditional TSW Feeder.
GF series adopts a drop structure composed of two layers of grizzly bars, which can effectively screen out fine materials and the removal rate of fine materials can be as high as 90%.
GF Vibrating Feeder takes vibrating motor as the vibration source. The vibration force can be controlled by adjusting the vibrating motor. The operation is quite easy, convenient and stable.
Compared with traditional metal spring, the rubber spring GF Vibrating Feeder adopts owns higher holding capacity and longer service life.
