VSI Sand Maker is commonly known as the vertical shaft impact crusher and it is the fourth generation of high-performance sand making machine developed by SBM on the basis of introducing advanced German technologies about sand makers and analyzing situations of mining industry in China.
The biggest throughput capacity can reach 520 tons per hour. Compared with traditional equipment, under the same power, the yield of VSI Sand Maker increases by 30%.
The finished aggregates have excellent cubic shape, reasonable granularity and adjustable fineness modulus.
Advanced technologies and high-quality materials used in core parts lower the failure rate of VSI Sand Maker.
The optimized impact angle of crushing chamber reduces frictions between materials and wear-resistant parts, which further cuts using costs and extends service life of VSI.
