VSI Sand Maker is commonly known as the vertical shaft impact crusher and it is the fourth generation of high-performance sand making machine developed by SBM on the basis of introducing advanced German technologies about sand makers and analyzing situations of mining industry in China.

2. When to choose VSI instead of VSI5X / VSI6X?
Select VSI for projects with the following conditions:1, Small scale sand plant with limited project budget;2, Raw material is medium-low hardness limestone, pebble, low abrasion requirement;3, Site lacks professional intelligent operation & maintenance technicians, pursue simple mechanical equipment;
3. How to select Rock-on-Rock / Rock-on-Iron mode?
1, Rock-on-Rock: Hard abrasive basalt, granite, highway high-standard aggregate reshaping, strict control of needle flake particles, long service life requirement for wear parts;2, Rock-on-Iron: Medium-low hardness limestone, dolomite, core demand for high sand yield, loose control over aggregate grain shape.
