1. What raw materials can VSI5X process?
Suitable for hard & medium-hard rocks: river pebble, granite, basalt, quartz, feldspar, limestone, dolomite, construction waste, mine tailings, cement clinker, coal gangue. Widely used for manufactured sand production and aggregate reshaping.
2. Where is VSI5X arranged in complete crushing line?
Tertiary fine crushing & reshaping equipment, placed after cone /impact crusher before vibrating screen. Standard flow: Jaw Crusher → Cone/PFW Impact Crusher → VSI5X Sand Maker → Circular Vibrating Screen → Sand Washing Machine (optional).
3. How to quickly switch two feeding modes?
Equipped with dual-purpose distributing tray, only adjust internal baffle without dismounting large components. Switch between full central feed (fine sand) and cascade mixed feed (high output reshaping) within 10 minutes.
4. How to adjust finished sand fineness modulus?
Two adjustment methods:
1, Switch rock-on-rock / rock-on-iron crushing mode;
2, Adjust feeding volume and rotor rotating speed via frequency converter; smaller speed produces finer sand.5. Does SBM provide global original spare parts supply?
Yes. SBM self-owned casting workshop produces full series VSI5X wear parts with full stock, sea & air fast global delivery to reduce sand plant downtime.
